Time Cast It’s Spell On You

This coming Tuesday, Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter comes out on DVD.

Yeah, that doesn’t really mean anything to me. It was amusing to watch on an outing with the boss and my un-indicted co-conspirators. At the same time, I don’t really see a copy of the film making its way into the domain on purpose anytime soon.

That’s My Boy comes out this week too. I didn’t and won’t bother to watch the one. The trailer alone tells me that I’ve seen this flick many times before, just under different titles.

In the meantime, I’m watching a profanity infused documentary on one of the many useless channels included in my basic cable package which focuses on a struggling pirate bar somewhere in Silver Spring, Maryland.

The benefit to me here is that I now know what song I will use to provide a title for today’s post.

Earlier, I watched Wanderlust.

That was about 90 minutes out of my life that I’ll never get back. When am I going to learn the lesson that I need to stay away from Paul Rudd films? Nothing good ever really comes out of them. There’s even a point where Jennifer Anniston sports nothing but a pair of cut off blue jean shorts that could have made the film absolutely Oscar-worthy.

If she had only shown the goods….

As much as I absolutely love to have nothing to do on a Saturday, I also hate it.

Sitting around doesn’t really lend to quality blog material. I need stuff to do and places to go in order to see weird or unusual stuff to be featured in my daily posts.

Something tells me that when I finally figure out how to go out and live life, it will probably be too late.
