The Night Off

Editors Note:  The board of directors here at TharpSter.Org have decided to give Randy the night off from writing his daily blog.

This decision does not come lightly.  Throughout the year, he has been dedicated to providing quality dispatches to the internet.  Various dispatches over the last several months have ranged from updates about his dogs, to movie critiques, to his kids and his nephews, to his wife, to the observations he makes on a daily basis.

He even posted a picture of a super hero monkey knife fight and had the audacity to count it as a daily blog.

Sadly, ladies and gentlemen, his mental faculties have lost their prevalence.  It should be said now that there is question on whether the word “prevalence” was used in the proper context.  A version of the word was heard in the office today and the company scribe felt it would be pretty cool to use at this juncture.

Last night, Randy tried to watch Cowboys & Aliens after driving a death nail in his Blockbuster rant.  In the process of attempting to write today’s blog where he compared the President’s leadership of this country to William Hung singing “I Believe I Can Fly”, attention deficit set in and he figured out how to make the built in microphone on his year old laptop operational.

Now he’s distracted.

He’s been looking at spreadsheets all day, and the thought of sitting down to write a blog has made him a bit rumbly in the tumbly.

Randy has subsequently been sent to the back room to make another attempt to watch what starts off as a pretty stupid ass movie in hopes that it will get better.

Deep down, he knows it won’t.

Randy will be back tomorrow with whatever cranial flotsam and jetsam he can muster.  In the meantime, please activate the QR code reader on your smart phone to enjoy today’s visual accompaniment.

Thank for visiting TharpSter.Org, a site which has provided verbal brilliance to an otherwise dull internet for well over a couple of years.
