Where Is The Moment We Needed The Most

I sit here at 5:30 am on Wednesday after a night of tossing and turning.  I usually sleep better, but that wasn’t the case last night.

The President has been re-elected.

The premise that the electorate believes he deserves another 4 years to right the ship saddens and upsets me deeply.

Let alone the fact that his destructive policies will be left in place.

Congress remains under the same control as well.

The only thing that’s been done under this particular paradigm is governance via Executive Order.

Is that what we have to look forward to for the next 4 years?

How many budgets will be passed?

To what extent will the Libya situation be investigated and prosecuted?

Are we looking at a new cabinet post?

What’s the job situation going to be?

What’s the energy situation going to be?

Will the burdensome nature of Obamacare get fixed?

The answers to all of those questions don’t show a great deal of promise to fix that which ails America.

An on-air talents nailed it last night on one of the news channels.

“People want stuff.”
