During the afternoon news today on the radio, it was reported that the local utility is testing a reverse 911 system today.
In essence, the program makes automated calls to the customers of the utility to advise them of when their power is out.
Seriously?
Day by day goes by and I become increasingly more convinced that we as a whole have not been rescued from the Matrix.
