This morning I saw a picture of a banner on social networking in response to the overturning of Roe v Wade.  It said:

“Our government is bold enough to force you to have a kid but too weak to insure they will make it to recess alive.”

Aside from the factual errors in that statement in which I could verbalize brilliantly for the next thousand words or so, I’m just going to correct the statement and then go finish up with painting my house.

“Our government is bold enough to insure your child will get out of the womb alive with the opportunity to go to recess.”
