All things being equal, the month of June is turning out to be a pretty darn good month. The last time I had such a good month probably harkens back to when I don’t know. Regardless, I would tend to suggest that any previous kick ass month like this was most likely June as well.
Regardless, I’ve encountered several good moments over the last 19 days which further validate that our last June on Earth (according to the Mayans) will be the best one. Keep in mind that I spent 11 hours total at the DMV a few weeks ago trying to get a new picture of my mugly ug on a new drivers license.
None the less, things keep coming up which are a little bit better than the last.
On a side note, The Boomerang is a roller coaster at a local amusement park here in town which features the ability to propel people at a very high rate of speed through various loops and other stuff. “Backwards” is one of the major selling points. It occurred to me today that whenever The Boomerang breaks down, there are personnel working for the park charged with renaming the ride as “The Stick”.
By my count, there are only 10 days left in this month unless I make a command decision to extend the month into July.
We’ll see.
