Well ladies and gentlemen, it’s January 20th, and you know what that means.

One of the guys who ran for President this last November managed to get past the Electoral College and is being sworn into office today.

It should be stated right here and now that I constructed this dispatch to the internet back on December 5th when the outcome of the race was still in question.  It was drizzling here in San Antonio, and I had just introduced an over-the-counter sedative into the gullet of the TharpSter Treadmill.

The rain makes her nervous.

With that in mind, you should know that I’m making a prediction.

When the guy who won gets sworn in today, half of you will say “I can’t believe that asshole got away with it.”

The other half of you will say “I can’t believe that asshole almost got away with it.”
