A New Kind Of Reception

Okay, so even though you’re reading this on the 5th of July, it was composed on July 4th.

;

Any other time in which this particular post could have been transmitted from by brain, down my arms and into my fingers where it subsequently made it’s way into MS Onenote and then later on copied into the this particular site could be non-conducive to the whole concept to Letters From The Past now, wouldn’t it?

;

Today we went to La Casa de la Mother in Law to celebrate the holiday by throwing recently deceased varmints on the grill and then served them up with corn on the cob and some sort of broccoli cole slaw.

;

Since Faith is still a little goofy from the surgery yesterday, we opted to take her with us. Since she’s still complete with her cone, so she’s pretty much got the practice of hitting walls and legs with it’s plastic edges to a science.

;

It seems like my phone reception gets a little better when she’s around wearing that cone. Aside from that and potentially improving my wifi reception as well, the cone served as a life saving device for what I can only guess to have been a gaggle of kittens today.

;

The backyard at La Casa de la Mother in Law features a big ass Lady Banks rose bush. When I mean big ass, I mean BIG ASS. None the less, stray cats have been known to take up refuge in the depths of the bush and practiced excessive acts of procreation.

;

Faith sensed this, and tried to join the cats and kittens in the depths of the bush in order to perpetuate the stereotype that cats and dogs don’t mix.

;

The only thing that really stopped her was that stupid cone.

;

We’ll take her in tomorrow to have the bandaging and possible the cone removed.
