This morning at the inhospitable hour of 6:30 am, I delivered a cake. It was half vanilla, half chocolate and had strawberry filling. The icing was green and pink.

Don’t believe me? That’s alright. You don’t have to.

I think it was for a baby shower.

Later on in the day, I had a conversation via text with my daughter where I suggested she could make a new pair of earphones with toilet paper tubes and string. She suggested that my use of an emoticon with a nose looked a little weird. 🙂

Even later, I encountered interrogation from the grand inquisitor about a picture I had taken of green frosting.

On a side note, my over active noggin came up with a potential catch phrase which could possibly catch on. Instead of sharing it with you here, I think I’ll just retitle the blog from “Looking Back On Today”, (which is a title I may have used before) to the introduction of what will be this years most popular catch phrase.
